Industrial vintage wall clocks PRAGOTRON made in Czechoslovakia from 50s-80s

They were used in the corridors of administrative buildings, schools, health facilities and waiting rooms of railway and bus stations, etc. They are associated with these spaces and became one of their symbols. These clocks were controlled by minute polarized pulses from the master clock (type EH1, EH 40, etc.). Clocks are originaly equipped with a PS100 clockwork of Czechoslovak production. They have excellent readability, reliability and a simple, clean 70s/80s design. A sheet of transparent 3mm 328x328mm glass is held in the frame with another white metal frame. In the square clock face, the PS 100 clockwork is mounted, which is fixed with three short screws. Through the hole in the face plate the axes of the hour and minute hand go through. Both hands are made of aluminum sheet with black matt coating. Minute polarized pulses of a given voltage (12V / 24V / 60V) are generated by the main clocks and distributed with a twin-lead cable to the clamps of the clockwork, where the impulses are changed with the coil and electromagnet to rotation movement of the handles. On the inner side at the top of the clock there is a metal plate holder for hanging on the wall. On the back of the face plate is a sticker with the date of manufacture and the operating voltage of the polarized pulses.
